Built on kindness.
I make coloring books for kids. Nine of them so far — every one built around the same idea: kindness is something you can teach, one page at a time.
Here’s my story…
Twenty years of building digital experiences taught me one thing above all else: know your audience. Without that foundation — the strategy, the content thinking, the understanding of how people actually engage — I'm not sure I would have had the insight to step into illustration and make it work. The professional background didn't just run parallel to the creative side. It made it possible.
And then came a dog named Bentley.
The coloring books started because of him. He was the epitome of perfection — the kind that makes you want to be a better human. He motivated me to push for kindness, and kids just felt like the right place to start. They're sponges. They absorb everything early, and if we can teach a child to be kind to a dog, to an animal, to this world — we're building something that lasts. So, one book turned into nine.
And that mission continues...
