About this site
DiChiara Designs is a small independent business creating children's coloring books and be kind apparel and accessories. This site is operated from California, United States.
Products and pricing
All products are made to order. Prices are listed in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. I do my best to display colors and designs accurately, but screens vary, and printed and embroidered items can differ slightly from what you see on screen. Small variations in placement and color are normal in made-to-order production and aren't considered defects. Prices and product availability can change without notice.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which I may accept or decline. If I need to cancel an order — a product is discontinued, a pricing error occurred, or the order can't be fulfilled — I'll notify you and refund you in full. Once an item goes into production it can't be modified or cancelled. If you need to change something, email hello@dichiaradesigns.com as soon as possible and I'll help if it hasn't started.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through Squarespace Payments. Your card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by DiChiara Designs.
Shipping and delivery
Items are printed and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside my control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession. If something goes missing, see the Returns policy — I'll help you sort it out.
Returns
Made-to-order items can't be returned for size or preference. Damaged, defective, and misprinted items are replaced free. Full details are in the Returns & Exchanges policy.
Intellectual property
The coloring books, product designs, page compositions, written content, and layouts on this site are the work of DiChiara Designs and are protected by copyright. Some individual design elements and images are licensed from third-party stock libraries and are not exclusive to DiChiara Designs. Some product photography is supplied by my printing partner and remains theirs. Buying a product gives you the item, not the design. Please don't reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from DiChiara Designs books, printables, or product designs without written permission.
Free printables and downloads are offered for personal, classroom, and family use. Print as many as you like for your own kids, students, or dog. Please don't sell them, redistribute them, or include them in paid materials.

Using this site
Please don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape or copy content in bulk.
Third-party links
This site links to other places — Amazon, Etsy, and social platforms among them. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of sites I don't operate.
Disclaimer
This site and its products are provided as is. I can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DiChiara Designs isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Children's products
Coloring books and apparel are intended for use with adult supervision as appropriate to a child's age. Please use common sense with small children and any product containing small parts, strings, or drawstrings.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
