Every item is made just for you

DiChiara Designs products are made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — when you place an order, your shirt, hat, or collar is printed and stitched specifically for you. It's why the quality is good and the waste is low, and it's also why returns work a little differently here than at a big retailer.

If something arrives wrong, I'll make it right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, I'll send you a replacement at no cost. You don't need to ship the original back.

Email hello@dichiaradesigns.com within 21 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A photo of the product label inside the garment

I'll take it from there.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Because every item is made individually, I can't accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. I know that's not what anyone wants to read, so here's how to avoid it:

Check the size guide on every product page before ordering. Those are real garment measurements, not general S/M/L guesses. If you're between sizes or unsure, email me before you order — I'm happy to help you pick. I'd much rather spend five minutes helping you choose than have you end up with something that doesn't fit.

Please double-check your shipping address

If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it went unclaimed, I'll reach out to arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your order doesn't arrive

If your package hasn't arrived within two weeks of its estimated delivery date, email me and I'll open an investigation with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, I'll replace it at no cost.

Shipping times

Every item is made to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Printing takes about 1-7 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit — so most orders arrive within 5-12 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as yours goes out.
